Caring - The HPSA Way...

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL:

"Today when I was downstairs for lunch, I observed a Healthcare Parking System's greeter with the mother of one of our critical care patients.  This patient's mother is very elderly and has problems walking and is confused at times.  I watched closely as the HPSA greeter, Enedina Olivarez, helped this patient's mother get her food, carried her tray, assisted with getting silverware and a table, and then ate lunch with her.  I later saw Enedina escorting the patient's mother back up to the critical care unit.

I was touched to see a non-Parkview co-worker go so far out of her way to help one of our guests.  FYI, she is in school to be a nurse--I know she will be a great nurse!
